Urban, edgy and audacious, R13 made its fashion debut in 2009, and creative director Chris Leba (Ralph Lauren's former vice president) didn't announce ownership of the grungie-style label until 2016. Known for its vintage rock-inspired T-shirts, leather pants and '90s plaid shirts, the brand has a rugged punk rock personality.
