Principle of return and replacement

1. Stickers, swimwear, underwear, socks and other personal items, furs, certain designated brands are not refundable.



2. Goods signed for more than three days will not be processed, received inappropriate please contact as soon as possible.



3. Make sure to keep the goods brand new, unused, do not affect the secondary sales, the tag packaging intact, and no stains or odor (such as smoke, sweat, perfume, dust, etc.).



4. Please be sure to use the clean bag, clean the package and return it in good condition. Please leave your user name and return or change in the package. For footwear, please use strong boxes to cover the shoe box to avoid damage to the box. Do not send the box back.



5. In case of non-quality problems, the postage of return and replacement shall be borne by the buyer.



6. CHOICE & LUXE reserves the right to reject transactions and evaluate fees based on orders or returns.
